Global properties can be used by referencing their placeholder anywhere in the system. E.g. you can save common things like your terms and conditions or contact data that should be displayed on all passes and maintain them centrally.

For setting them, select Global Properties from “Account” in the menu and click on the “Add Global Property” button:

Name the global property, enter a value and click “Save”:

After setting a Global Property, you’ll be able to add it to any template or other places in the system like emails at the dashboard by selecting related placeholder.

If you need to edit or delete, click “Global Properties” in the menu and you’ll find the list of the global properties you have created, and the placeholder related:
